NRW To Nessmersiel

The trip began around 8:30 am, commencing from North-West Valley, Germany, with the destination being the city of Nassemzell. Upon reaching Nassemzell, we boarded a ferry to reach the island via tram. This journey was approximately a 3-hour drive from my current location.

As we traveled, the picturesque views of sprawling plains and farmsteads along the highway evoked feelings of comfort, excitement, and a deep passion for exploration. However, our enthusiasm was soon met with the first challenge: highway congestion.

At first, everything seemed to be going according to plan, but the journey unexpectedly veered in a different direction. It ended up taking much longer than I had initially anticipated—a total of one hour and fifteen minutes—before I could regain control of the situation.

The situation was taking a turn for the worse, causing the pressure to mount, and my calculations started becoming muddled. Unexpected events were unfolding, demanding quick action. This compelled me to accelerate in order to catch the ship.

In this brief interval, there were individuals covertly working behind the scenes. Simultaneously, news and information began circulating through various communication channels, including the radio and local law enforcement, ultimately reaching the ship’s crew. This prompted them to delay the departure for a few minutes at this juncture.

I successfully caught the ship. While I felt a surge of happiness, my immediate priority was to park the car and make it to the ship on time. Fortunately, I discovered a dedicated service for latecomers.

A team of workers assisted individuals who were running late with parking, while another group helped passengers with their luggage. Their professionalism was noteworthy.

During this period, my initial reflections from this journey centered around the Germans’ strong commitment to craftsmanship. It left a lasting impression on me and served as a valuable lesson to better manage my time in the future.

SERVICE WAS PERFECT

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE

The ferry set sail towards the island.

The weather was quite chilly, with a strong, brisk wind.

The voyage lasted no more than 40 minutes. It was a genuinely pleasant experience after the earlier effort. I utilized this time to explore the ship while also relishing the traditional songs of fellow travelers and the breathtaking natural scenery. This allowed me to immerse myself further in the culture and beauty of this country.
